Mi nombre es Carolina Alonso y les escribo de parte de la convención de manga y anime "Shuffle! el random del fandom" de la ciudad de Santa Fe Capital. Nuestro evento se lleva a cabo 2 veces por año desde 2006 y reune alrededor de 500 personas en cada edición siendo así la convención más grande de la ciudad.
Nuestra próxima convención, que se va a realizar el domingo 5 de octubre de 10 de la mañana hasta las 12 de la noche, va a contar con actividades como proyecciones, karaoke anime, clases de origami y papercraft, concurso de dibujo, concurso de cosplay, banda de covers de anime en vivo, torneos de Yu Gi Oh y Magic: The Gathering, torneos y free play de distintos video juegos, tanto en consola como en Arcade, incluyendo la instancia regional del torneo de Pump It Up: Next Xenesis 2; entre otras.
Nosotros estamos interesados en saber si su empresa está interesada en poner un stand de muestra / venta en nuestro evento. Les comentamos que un stand de muestra (en el que ustedes pueden poner fotos, muestras, recortes, una laptop con un powerpoint o lo que se les ocurra) es totalmente gratuito mientras no venda nada. También tenemos stands de venta, pero esos ya tienen un costo.
De ser afirmativa la respuesta nosotros les vamos a mandar un mail con todos los datos que podrían llegar a necesitar (contactos con otros stands que ya estuvieron en eventos anteriores, costo del stand si deciden poner uno de venta, normas para el contenido del mismo, horarios, direcciones para llegar al salon en el que se lleva a cabo el evento, etc.)
Esperamos que puedan respondernos pronto y que no duden en hacernos cualquier tipo de consultas que puedan surgirles.
